At Mondego, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mondego account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
